here is what we are
ACERO TUBULARS delivers a wide range of pipes and tubes both from stock and production. Our production consists of both seamless and welded pipes / tubes in diameters ranging from ½” to 48" with Single & Double Random Lengths. All our base raw materials primarily come from European or Japanese manufacturers, which are highly acclaimed in the international markets, and able to comply with the most stringent testing requirements.
Stainless Steel is distinguished by type and grade. For tubing and piping applications, Stainless Steel is a common selection because it is highly chemical- and corrosion-resistant. Stainless Steel often possesses additives (such as nickel or molybdenum) which strengthen traits that are desirable in particular applications.
Stainless Steel is appropriate for applications that require corrosion resistance above other traits. Ferritic or martensitic types of steel are manufactured to be either heat-treated or annealed. Austenitic Stainless steels offer even more resistance and can be used under the same general conditions as ferritic and martensitic types.
Stainless Steel tubulars is made from either solid chromium or a chromium and nickel combination. Stainless Steel pressure pipe includes seamless and welded pipe, electric fusion welded pipe for high-pressure applications, large diameter welded pipe for corrosive or high-temperature applications.
Manufacturing Process:: Seamless and Welded.
Standard: ASTM A312 - A358 - A790 – A789 - A928 - A213 - A269 – A249.
Grades: 304/304L, 321/321H, 316/316L, 316Ti, 904L.
This specification covers seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe for high-temperature service. The pipe is suitable for bending, flanging (vanstoning), and similar forming operations, and for fusion welding.
Alloy Steel is often called chrome moly pipe because of the chemical makeup of Molybdenum (Mo) and Chromium (Cr). Molybdenum increases the strength of steel as well as the elastic limit, resistance to wear, impact qualities, and hardenability. Moly increases the resistance to softening, restrains grain growth and makes chromium steel less susceptible to embrittlement. Chrome is virtually irreplaceable in resisting oxidation at elevated temperatures. Chrome raises the tensile, yield, and hardness at room temperatures.
Chrome Moly tubulars has become a standard in the power generation industry and the petrochemical industry, not only because of its tensile strength, corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, but also because of its cost-effectiveness.

Carbon Steel is the most used material for process piping. It has the advantage of wide availability, high strength, and a large array of connection possibilities.
ASTM or API Standards Carbon Steel pipe are selected for the required strength and durability required for the application and the ductility and machinability required to join it and form it into piping spools. The pipe also withstands the pressure, temperature, and corrosion conditions of the application.
Low Carbon Steel tubulars is used for liquid, gas, and steam services.One of the characteristics of the steels is that they are wrought materials, i.e., that can change its shape by the action of the efforts, in general, compression and high temperatures. Also, of note this type of pipe can operate at very high pressures.
Manufacturing Process:: Seamless and Welded.
Standard: API 5L / ASTM A53, A106, A333.
Grades: A, B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70 + NACE.
Nickel Alloy tubes have excellent corrosion resistance in both low and high temperature applications. As Nickel Alloys are very ductile, nickel alloy tubes can be electroplated and are easily welded, making them suitable for applications in various industries where very high and low temperatures.
Nickel Alloys can maintain higher metallurgical stability. The combination of high alloying with multiple elements of nickel alloy tubes can provide very good corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments while still maintaining good welding and forming characteristics. Nickel alloy tubes are with precision tolerances, high strength, good corrosion resistance, smooth surface, durable in use.
Nickel Alloy tubulars are excellent for heat exchangers and piping & tubing in the oil, petro-chemical industries and nuclear industries. Nickel Alloy are used in oil and gas extraction programmes where corrosion-, pressure- and temperature-resistant tubing is required. Their corrosion resistance also makes them useful in desalination equipment.
